We’re looking for people with a spark; curious minds with a vision and the drive to make a difference in their own lives, with others or for the world around them.
We provide support on two main levels:
- Practical tools to move your idea forward
- A dedicated mentor whose experience matches your path
We’re looking for people who:
- Resonate with our vision and mission
- Bring concrete ideas and goals we can shape together
- Pursue projects with social relevance
- Are looking for the kind of support we’re ready to give
Our support includes:
- Personal connection through empathy and passion for your project
- Professional skills and a wealth of experience
- Access to networks, sponsors and investors
- Workspaces in Tbilisi and Berlin
- Funding of around €5,000 per project
What we make possible
Ideas need space, and so do people.
We create spaces where ideas and projects can grow, and real support turns them into action. At the heart of it all is collaboration, individual strengths and the power of community.
Whether you’re a creative mind or a mentor: first, we ask: “What do you need?” Then we ask ourselves: “What can we bring?”

Jürgen teaches at the UDK and thinks so outside the box that you sometimes need a compass to follow him. But when you do – wow. His perspectives are like a deluxe change of perspective.
